This is my second bottle. So far, I have noticed a difference in the small patches on my face and my arms. Some have completely gone away. I take four capsules a day with food like you recommend. My big patches are shrinking, and they're not getting that very thick layer of skin. I will continue to use this product and give you more feedback. Thank you for the very helpful information.
