This is my second bottle. So far I have noticed a difference in the small patches on my face and on my arms. Some have completely went away. I take 4 capsules a day with food like you recommend. My big patches are shrinking and their not getting that very thick layer of skin. I will continue to use this product and give you more feedback. Thank you for the very helpful information. Thank you for making this product!
Update: Hi I just wanted to send you an update.. more and more patches are disappearing completely or shrinking. Here's a picture. The ones on my arm are almost completely gone and the one on my hand is gone! Thank you again for this product!
